Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 5-speed to a 6-speed

My transmission has been talking to me a lot here lately so i'm thinking that it might be a good time to go with a 6speed. But I want to know if I will need to get new stuff like clutch, input shaft, flywheel. All of the stuff that I have is upgraded to 13'' flywheel and a 1 3/8 input shaft.

The later 6 speeds 2000-2001 are 1 3/8 input shaft so everything should work fine. driveshafts need to be lenghtened and shortened and the x-fer case linkage on 4wd vehicles needs changing.
