Hi Guy's

Does anyone know where I can get a louvered tailgate 03 with the lights in the middle? If so please give me the link or name of the location.

Thanks:confused:

I am not aware of any that come witih the clearance lights built into them. I bought a Handy tailgate and installed lights myself. Casey

Casey and I both put OEM lights in. This is my truck with the Husky Liners 15330 aluminum tailgate. If your truck is silver it is a pretty good match.

Detailing

Dean: you and Casey must be retired. Both of your trucks always looks like they just been detailed "I MEAN SUPER CLEAN". I like a clean truck an (try) to keep mine that way, but I could almost see my reflection from Casey's truck pic through the monitor. :-laf. I really like the 5th wheel tailgate and lite on both trucks.

Thanks. I have been retarded for nearly eight glorious years and Casey is a wannabe (retired):D ;) . The reflection you see from my very good friend Casey's truck could be his grin.

Actually, the two black tailgates look identical to the Handy tailgates. FWIW

casey,

How do your running boards mount? Where do they attach? drill?/bolts? Are they solid? I like the looks of them but I bet they are real slippy when wet or mud on your boots.

The cab bolts screw into holes drilled into the inside of the rocker panel. The hardware is sturdy and the boards are very solid when you stand on them. The dually box boards left something to be desired in the design of the brackets but a couple of pieces of flat stock fixed that and they are nice and solid as well. I guess anything will be slippery if you have enough ice on it. They have vinyl tread inserts in the top surface. The boards have held up well through the first winter. No rust or dings from stones. This year the truck is in storage. I would definitely buy them again. They were the only ones my wife liked and she said she would leave me if I put diamond plate on it. :D A number of guys on the TDR have them and may want to chime in with there two cents as well.
