Im thinking about changing my coolant, belt and rad hoses, im at 50,000 miles and think it might be a good idea..... and it is a 2006... . Is it to soon, i think it might be a good idea, because i live in hot vegas... thanks

Check in the back of your owners manual, there is a list of items the factory requires to be serviced at various intervals. This is what I would go by.

Coolant is a 5 year or 100K mile service interval, so change it. Change the thermostat too, they don't last long in these trucks. . Hoses, etc should be fine but take a good look at them.

More than likely they are all made by the same chinamen setting on the floor of his hooch beating the snot out of a pice of tin with a bamboo hammer and a rock and stamping made in USA on it. Very little is made in USA anymore.

close. They're made in Ga. if the internet is correct.

When I did mine I use Stant If for the only reason it was at one time the best in my Dad's eye. ;) If nothing else just make sure you get the fail safe (if it fails it fails open) and you wont burn up the motor.
