51k lift pump ok

51k have had no problems i'm running an edge box and bd 50 hp injectors fuel milage up to 20. 9 mpg up from stock 16mpg 95%of my milage is highway truck runs like a raped ape truck dyno' wiht just edge box @250 to the ground what do look for if lift pump go'sbad

Until I installed a pressure gauge I didn't know that I had a pressure problem. My pump is scheduled to be replace. I too had a great run on the dyno WITH A BAD LIFT PUMP.

Until I installed a pressure gauge I didn't know that I had a pressure problem. My pump is scheduled to be replace. I too had a great run on the dyno WITH A BAD LIFT PUMP. I had 217 HP and 434 ft lbs and all is stock. But my truck ran strangely one day with a nearly empty tank of fuel. This is when my lift pump fails to produce pressure. Maybe you should run your fuel down and use a mechanical gauge to check what is really going on with you fuel pressure. Like I said, I did know I had a bad pump till I put a meter to it.
