Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 53 block

How can I tell for sure if I have a "53" block. The casting looks pretty good in the supposed area to look??? Thank you, Marc

Look On The Drivers Side Of Engine Block Right Above The Oil Pan. About In The Middle Will Be A Big 53. Not Sure If They Are Even In A 96 Though. Was Looking Around Here Earlier And Found A Pic Of One. Try A Search.
