Cracked block at water jacket. Does Chry. offer any help to second owner ? can it be repaired ? anybody have suggestions ? 2001 4x4 182,000mi

Theres been a lot of posts here about that , so if you want a quick answer , do a search here , there are couple methods ,
Generally you will get any help from dealer on this , but if your driving by one , it wouldn't hurt to ask .
Talk to a couple machine shops in your area , compare to what you read here .

I cannot confirm this only what I have read. First don't expect any help from Chry or dealer. In some cases Cummins was paying for parts and you pay the labor. This did not seem to be uniformily the case though and am not sure if this was for first owners or what. Its true there has been a lot of post concerning this subject and a search will get you many hours of reading.
