Truck goes in Thurs to get a u-joint or two replaced. I think I've got them talked into doing the front two of the rear shaft even though only the middle one is out. I already did the rear myself 10K ago so that one should be fine. They will also be replacing the rubber hanger (it's toast) and whatever else is wrong with the driveshaft. All should be covered under 7/70.
Question: Is there anything else I should have them check out as long as it's going in? Ball joints, front shafts, etc. Truck pulls hard right so I'll have them check out alignment also.
Edge Attitude is gonna stay right where it is, in the cubby hole in plain sight. They've always treated me right so I ain't gonna try to hide anything from them. I already know it won't be a problem. Dad's '03 w/banks didn't phase them one bit.
I've always had a nasty case of launch shudder. Only "cure" left is changing the pinion angle. Shims and brackets haven't helped. Any advice?? Might not do anything this visit. We'll see if maybe I've had a bad hanger all along and go from there.
TIA
Jake
