Don't think so. Based on the replies in your other thread, the auto looks to be taller gearing in 5th/od. My driving on the highway shows the following (confirmed on the GPS to within 0. 1 mph ): 55 mph = 1500 rpm, 65 mph = 1750 rpm, 75 mph = 2000 rpm, 85 mph = 2250 rpm. These are easiest to see because they fall directly on a guage marker line. The 60, 70, and 80 figures are right in between.
 
5th gear on an nv4500 is 0. 75:1.

4th gear on a 47 rh/re is 0. 69:1.

6th gear on an NM5600 is 0. 73:1.

BTW, closer to 1:1 means geared lower. 0. 69 is a higher gear than 0. 75.
