Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 5th Gear Rattle

I recently rebuilt my nv4500, did it myself, and now, and before the rebuild, there is a faint rattle while in 5th gear. You really must listen to notice it, I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, I have the full spline shaft from Standard, any help will be greatly appreciated, truck is a 95 model 2 wheel drive.

Lost my 5th gear last month, so it's really quiet right now.

Do you know how to fix it?? If not, check back with me before taking it anywhere, I am sure I can fix it for much cheaper than the shops in the metroplex.
