Anybody ever see a big rig with a contraption on the 5th wheel that's used to tow another vehicle? Not the way they transport trucks front axles on the 5th wheel, and stack them. It hooks to the 5th wheel like a trailer and you connect it to the towed vehicle. I saw one towing one of our old buses out of our lot yesterday, looked really unstable, and I wondered if the 5th wheel had to be locked like when you use a frameless dump, also is it possible to raise and lower the towed vehicle from the cab? Didn't see and hydraulic hook ups. Anyone know about this? Just out of curiosity.
