Wing Experiances

I used to use a blue tarp. Every spring I would have to clean the green slim off the roof and sides, plus the bungy cords would put scratchs in the side.

Now I just make sure the roof is in good condition, and leave it uncovered. Been doing it for the last 4 winters, no problems yet.

As long as you don't have leaks, you will be fine.

I didn't make clear the nature of my request. We will be moving to Mexico this spring and storing the trailer near the beach year round, and using the trailer year round. I feel will need to cover the trailer whenever it is not in use, to protect it somewhat from the salt air. A cloth cover of some type would be best

I use the ADCO one from Camping World. Buy the one for the Class A's. It has a Tyvek Roof and straps tightly to the trailer. One nice feature is the zippers on the side allow you to get into the trailer without major surgery. Nice fit and a quality product.

Used ADCO cover on my 5th Wheel. Had winds of 25 -30 MPH and the Tyvek cover on top and the eyelets ripped. The cover was ok until this happen. My 5th wheel is in the open all the time now. Planning on building a cover for it this summer.

I had a problem with the first one I had with the wind. The one I bought for the new trailer has more straps running underneath including one that goes the length of the trailer. The front and the rear lace tightly and we have had some really stiff winds this winter and the cover does not move. What ever cover you put on, it must fit tightly or it will be ruined in the first good wind.
