Ever have a situation where you get an estimate for something at the dealership, but think you can do it yourself and save money? Well, guess what, it doesn't always work out as well as you want. Ask me how I know. I just broke off my #3 EGT sensor in it's bung fitting while trying to replace it in my 6. 7. It was unscrewing just fine at first, but then bound up and wouldn't even screw back in. I worked it with penetrating oil, and heated it with a propane torch, but it still ended up breaking off for me. I can't believe that I'm the first one this has happened to, so i'm hoping one of you guys have some suggestions on how to extract that thing so I can put a new one in. There's no room to get a drill up there, unless I drop the entire exhaust system out of the truck. I really don't want to take this back to the dealer. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually fairly common. When the dealer is doing it under warranty they replace the converter, pipe, or DPF for free (to you) and Chrysler pays the bill. That is a little thread, unlike an O2 sensor so not sure if you can purchase one. If you can match the thread have the bung welded in at the muffler shop.
