6.7 Damper on 5.9 TDC mark same?

Hi all,

Ordered a 6.7 Damper to retrofit on the 5.9.

Is the TDC mark in the same location/timing orientation on each when bolted up?

Ie: is TDC still TDC when the 6.7 balancer is bolted onto 5.9?

Will be doing valve lash adjustment and new BBI injectors as well.

Read through the extensive 2012 TDR article when the idea of swap first emerged and searched without definitive answer.

Yes TDC is TDC, it's a direct swap.

It was a good upgrade that I did on my previous 05 and dad's 06.
