Depends,

1) Are you going to put it back on when you go into the dealer?

2) If you have a good dealer they will prob not say anything.



Mine has told me that he will just void the DPF warrenty(emissions), unless they can prove that taken it off caused the problem, which I am sure they can. Anything you do to these trucks can technically VOID the warrenty. In the past some dealers have said nothing to me about programers, and some have. It is all up to them, you are at there mercy.

As, for me anything that I have done to the unit as far as warrenty work is concered, the DPF, the EGR, the intake will all be put back on.



If you bolt everything together with the DPF it really does not take that long to put it all on and take it all off. Just kind of a pain, but not as much as buying a transmission or an engine for one of these. I have no clue what a complete engine would cost for one of these?
