We have a 6. 7 in a tensioner at work that I wanted you guys to see. The tensioner is used to keep tension on the wire as it's being pulled in. You can hardly hear this thing run and has unbelieveable power. It's truely an amazing piece of equipment.

Sweet piece of machinery, must be hard working with that heavy gauge wiring, what is it, high voltage, low voltage. That machine also appears to be doing the work of ten guys, as you can tell by the ten guys standing there in the second pic. Also, what kind of engine is moving that rig.

It's not that hard, well maybe for some. :-laf It's high voltage, 138,000 and 345,000 volt citcuits. The guys standing around are waiting to have a safety meeting, it's a once a week deal. The tractor that pulls this rig has a Cummins in it too.
