The only concern would be at this point how well the block deals with heat since there are no cooling jackets between the cylinders.

To analogize the cylinder cooling just picture in your head you sitting a coke can next to another coke can so they are touching each other. (or pepsi if you dont drink coke :-laf ). This had to be done to maintain cylinder wall integrity with the increased bore size of each cylinder and maintain the same block length as the 5. 9.
You have created a 396, which translates to 6. 5L.EricBu12 said:I rebuilt my '01 and it is bored . 20 over. . what size litre would that be?... 6. 2?... . higher?

what kinda a stroker cranks can be put in these blocks?

He said . 20" (two tenths), not . 020" (two hundredths or twenty thousandths), so I took him at his word.NIsaacs said:I may be all wet, (I have been several times), however, isn't a twenty thousands over bore on a six cylinder only about 3 cubic inch larger?
Lightman said:Don't you mean . 020 over bore I don't think there is . 20 that can be removed from the cylinder thats just short of a 1/4"![]()
