I know this must have been covered but I can't come up with the right search words to get any answers that apply.

Sooooo... ...

My transmission (6 spd), sometimes, becomes very hard to put into 1st,2nd or reverse. (3,4,5 & 6 are no problem. )

Seems to be more when it is warm.

I've drained, flushed, refilled with synchomesh and added a LSD treatment and am running with an extra quart. This made the problem go away for about 6 months, but now it has returned.

I've checked for full clutch disengagement, with wheels off ground and it indeed disengages fully.

Thoughts?

My truck did the exact same thing. It was fine in the morning when it was cold and then when it warmed up it was hard to put in gear from a dead stop. What had happened was my pilot bearing had given up on life and disenagrated and caused the input shaft to "drag" on the flywheel. That caused me about $3000 dollars to fix because it ate up my input shaft and my mainshaft bearings and forced me have my transmission rebuilt. YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR transmission AND CHECK IT. Dont let it go like I did and have it ruin your other bearings. You might get away with just replacing a $20 pilot bearing but trust me don't keep putting it off. Parts are very very expensive for that NV5600.

It could also be your pressure plate or your clutch slave/master cylinder. But either way I would check that pilot bearing.
