Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I've been trying to hunt down the oil used in the 6 speed, specifically the Texaco MTX 1874.
Although there are a few Texaco Distributors with 55 gal. drums of this stuff available, I was looking for a smaller quantity. Now that I think about it, maybe a 5 gal pail would be worth the investment to have this oil on hand in the future.
In my searching, I found out that Shell Oil has bought out Texaco, and in phasing out Texaco products Shell Oil now offers this same product--
listed as MTX 59419. The changeover has just started as of March 1, so none of the Shell Distributors has this product yet, but I'm told it'll be available in gallon cans on up.
