Or at least I think. Does anybody have any new information on order restictions and dates that they will be lifted if they even exist? Ordered a 3500 4x4 quad slt longbed 600 6-speed, patriot blue last wednsday. I see how you guys feel now, waiting now. So really, how long do I have to wait, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months? Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

I ordered from Dave Smith in Dec 03. Was put on hold due to needing Cal emissions until Jan 04. Called Chrysler 2/17 and was told it would be scheduled during the week of March 8-12. Although Idaho is not a Cal border state they claim they can order the NAE option which is on my invoice. Has anyone else done this?

Ric, this is what the dealer told me when I ordered mine yesterday. I asked about the restriction on 6 spds. She said DC has gone to a once a month order system. If all the trucks that can be built that month are allocated, the order has to wait until the following month. She said the middle of the month is the cutoff. So trucks ordered by mid Feb. have a March build date, those ordered by mid Mar. have an April build date unless the allocation is not met in which case it could be built in March. Clear as mud I know. She guestimated my 3500 SRW would be about 8 wks. Obviously take this as only a repeat of what I was told, not as gospel.

Sorry to hear that guys , Man I am glad mine is already in the garage, I ordered mine first week of December and have been ever since. It will be woeth the wait!

Ordered mine on the 16th of January and it was built on February

18th. I have not been able to locate it on the RR site but it should be on its way here. Good luck!!
