600 with SPA rail gauge

Here while back there was agroup buy on a rail pressure gauge from SPA. I put one in and have noticed that with the TST turned up above 2/2 that the rail pressure drops for a half second then comes back up when I mat the throttle. I was wondering if anybody else has one of these gauges in a 600 and if they are seeing the same thing.
