New poster here, I've watched this form for sometime and have gleaned alot of great info, I never thought I would be postiong a Problem here with these great trucks but here it is I started my truck last week and the wife happened to be standing outside when the air conditioner kicked on she saw smoke come from underneath the hood:--) I immediately called the dealer to bring it in, they look at it and say"it needs a new compressor there is to big of a gap in the pully and it is shorting out ":{ anybody else out there faced this problem?

. . mine was the condensor... ****** me off $40k on a truck and the first time it hits above 85 out and I hit the button and... . nothing... . 2 weeks for a condensor to be shipped from... . TEXAS... ridicoulsous... oh... so ya know... wash it and your tail light will fog up... . ask the dealer to replace... they drill a hole!!!... NICE!!... ... oh and that rattle whilst on cruise... . its the go pedal..... ok. . I am done... I LOVE MY TRUCK THOUGH!...
