Has anyone used Texa software for diagnostics on the 68rfe ?? I have a 2016 4x4 that is throwing line pressure out of range low, line pressure out of range high. My valve body was changed out 10k ago with a revmax and also did the valve block on the lines as well as the metal spin on filter nipple. Truck was good up until Saturday when i had to hammer down to hit the free way on ramp quickly. I did some thread searching and did the normal recommend things. Dropped the pan. Checked filters. Went ahead and replaced with mopar filters per countless thread suggestions. Replaced the line pressure sensor and pig tail. Cleared the codes and all seemed ok. Yesterday day when I came to a stop sign the check engine light came on. Same two codes. High and low line pressure range. I have Texa software that also will do obd2 and allows me access to the transmission data for this truck. I can see pressure sensor voltage. Its jumping all over from 1.3 volts to 3.6 volts in park. Line pressure is doing the same. It drops to 50 then 112 then back all in the range of that. Desired line pressure says 111. I don't know if the texa is somewhat different ?? The threads I have been looking over have a lot of varied numbers on line pressure. Its changing so fast on the screen its all over. Suspect maybe wiring ?? Kinda odd ID just happened all the sudden. Truck has 170k on it with a mm3 tuner with tune for delete. 35 inch tires wich I hear is to big on stock gears. I just don't know how to interpret the texa data compared to other postings. Terminology is kinda different other than line pressure. Anyone else have texa experience that might now ??

Thanks p-bar. Im afraid its worse now Completely lost 5th and 6th and its slipping horribly now. Drove it home from shop about 12 miles and barely got it here. First gear shift about throws you out the window then it starts surging and slipping. Pulled the dip stick and it has material in fluid. Im assuming clutch linings. Just so weird truck was running great right up until that night. Never suspect anything was wrong. Guess its time for a rebuild.

Yes the relearn was done at that time. Been looking at some overhaul kits. They vary so much not really sure what is the best option. Any opinions ?? I really don't want to throw tons of money at this truck. There really is no value left in it for me anymore. Its a short bed crew cab and really does not serve any purpose for what I need in a truck. But when I bought it my company was giving us a truck allowance and had stipulations on what you could get and what they would pay you for. I would really like to have it rebuild with a quality kit that will get it driving for now until I can drive it to a dealer and get rid of it. I really don't want to put more money into it than I have to. It seems like 800-1000 is average on rebuild kits. Of course I know that varies on what they might find on tear down. Any suggestions on a good kit would be appreciated.

RevMax is the Company for the 68RFE - Goerend is for the 47/48RE.

I heard these two companys work together sometimes, if it comes to a transmission they don't serve.
