I've recently seen a 6BT Cummins powered Dodge Charger. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this ? My only question which really doesn't pertain to Cummins engines is whether a new ten Dodge Charger can be made wheelchair accessible ? Thanks in advance for any thoughts, opinions, or answers.

I know anything can have hand controls I was wondering about in vehicle wheelchair accessibility like they have for vans and trucks

I am sure if you have the Money any car can be made into wheel chair accessible . we had a ford van redone by a company in Calif .that does that type of conversion. Look up that type of company in the phone book in your area .They could give you a Better answer .

I'm sure it could be modified some how if your looking for something you just roll into not sure how that work with the center hump I'm sure most of the back seat would have to go so you could enter from the back then flatten out the floor so you could roll and lock into place look on the internet ???

Search a company called presidential conversions. They do lots of different wheelchair conversions on lots of different vehicle if they haven't attempted a charge they might be game or at least know who might.

There is a conversion company, I don't know the name, which can convert any vehicle to wheelchair accessible. It's a rather unique set-up where the two doors on the side move out and up, while a floor drops to the ground, hydraulically.

RXT thanks for the information you've provided for me, it's just too bad that you don't know the name of the company.

Google Sunset van's in Los Angles Calif . give them a call I'm sure they can point you in the right Direction they do handicap vehicles
