I wore my Ricky Bobby hat all weekend because I Wanna Go Fast, and this happened.

I looked at my boost gauge on one run and it was sitting on the 100psi peg, and never looked at it again. I still have a head gasket, and it never did clean up.

I was burning the tires off on the launch and the tach was straight down or more.

I was grabbing the gears a little harder than normal, and Dennis Perry seriously asked me if I had switched to an auto after my first run. Maybe I should shift slower?

I know I was sleeping on the tree, but I don't care.

I should be in the mid 12's. And I am only spraying 1 0. 080 jet from launch to 40psi. Wonder what would it do with a bigger jet running longer?

Atlanta is in 2 weeks.

Nice Times! We ran a best of 12. 17@115mph at the final race at LACR the end of last month. The track is at 2300ft so that should put it in the 11's at sea level. We kept hitting the speed limiter! It's going to be a bummer without a track anymore!! It was the last of the orignal tracks from the 50's in socal. Now got to drive a least an hour and a half to get to one. As soon as I get my other computer running again I will scan in the slip.
