i found a 7 inch dual stacks ki, and i was just wanting some oppinions. I've always been intersted in getting stacks, and i always figured i would go with a 5 or 6 inch. however i came across this 7 inch kit. i know that 7 inch is huge, but in your oppinion, is it too big? i think it would look pretty good bellowing out the smoke. what about sound? is it going to be too loud behind the cab? I've never seen a set of 7 inchers on a pickup, and was wondering if it would look to rediqulous. anyone have them or seen them? what do you think?

It will be loud and if you tow or take long trips often I would recommend a muff. Take a look at my gallery and judge for yourself if it looks ridiculous.

I just got done putting 5" turnouts on my truck. I like them,I think they are they perfect size.

I run mine with the Banks muffler,I had it straight piped for a week or so it was just to much for me around town.

I've never seen a Dodge in person with 7" stacks, they look really big in all the pics I've seen. But to each his own

7" stacks

I had 7" mitre cut stacks on my truck for a couple of months. I ended up taking them off as I was wanting to haul rock and possibly get an in bed fuel tank. I know for a fact that they sound loud. I had it straight piped at the time. I am planning to put them back on but am not sure yet. I loved the way it sounded when I fired it up. I did not have them above the cab very much either.
