I've had the vibration at 72 MPH since the truck was new. Because of speed limits where I do the vast majority of my driving, I don't typically drive near that speed and have basically ignored the problem. Recently, my truck developed a leak at the rear of the transfer case that appeared to be the driveshaft seal. I took it in to Sundance Dodge in Boise for repair and it turned out it was leaking through the yoke, not the seal. On mine, the yoke has a balancer that looks like rubber mounted harmonic balancer one would typically see on the front of a crank shaft. They replaced the yoke assembly under warranty.
Yesterday, I snuck the truck up to 75 MPH (in a 55 zone) and the 72 MPH vibration was gone! I'll get the truck up on a freeway in a couple of days for some extended driving at 72 and higher speeds to see how it behaves.
