All,

I am getting ready to order the new Severe Gear 75W-110 Synthetic Gear Lube from AMSOIL for my 3500. I have been running mobil syn 75W-90 with no issues, just thought this might prove to be a better for towing my (14. 5K) fiver. I have the 4:10 no slip.

looking for some feedback

Thanks

Mike

I switched over myself here about a month ago, I pull a fairly large LQ horse trailer. I live in a desert for the most part so figured it would be best. I had my dealer's blessing. . I also installed the PML cover to give myself an extra quart capacity... I have no probe or guage but I bet it's running cooler... Oo.

Actually, with the AMerican axles Chrysler said NO modifier, etc. . but realized that for SOME REASON, it in fact does need a little. SO know MOPAR fluid come WITH the modifier. AMSOIL also comes with it and with my 06 I have had no chatter with the 75/110. I have had it in there probably 2500 miles now. . :-laf

I'm running the 75w-110 amsoil and installed Mag-Hytec covers both front and rear and seem to be working good. I have the AA limited slip and I have never noticed any chatter.
