8.3 cummins case ih combine a/c problem

My air conditioner only works with the high pressure switch unplugged, running about 35 psi low side and 200 high side. Plug switch in, compressor stops, low side goes up, high side comes down.
Bad switch?
Is it safe to run it with the switch unplugged?
This is in a 2366 case combine with 8.3 cummins
sorry for posting here but since case is also owned by Fiat it would be okay. Lol.

On a Dodge truck running 134-A a 200 pound head pressure would correspond to operating in 80 deg outside temp. Sounds to me like the switch is bad. I would replace the switch. Also make sure the condenser is free of debris limiting air flow. b
