8.4 unit - TSB 08-049-13 Rev G

Has anyone seen this TSB 08-049-13 Rev G? If so, what does it say? Can someone post it?

I was told by Chrysler that this TSB is in relation to the 8.4 head units changing inputs on it's own. If the TSB is to just update the firmware to v13.48.3, I don't need it because I'm already on that firmware, as many others are and we still have this issue.

crabjoe, can you help those of us who are not as knowledgable about how to find the software version on our radios? I just got my truck back from the dealer and although they stated they updated my radio with several software updates it doesn't actually say which ones. I'm curious what software version I have. Ken Irwin

I can't tell you off the top of my head, but if I remember correctly, it's in the settings... If it wasn't so dang cold out, I'd go and find the menu option for you... If I remember to check tomorrow and no one else has posted the steps, I'll post them tomorrow for you.

On the Settings Menu, select System Information (it's the one all the way at the bottom). It will tell you what the software version, your navigation map version, as well as a bunch of other stuff.
