Those are the codes that came up by cycling the key 3 times. Now for a great description of what my truck sounded like! LOL

-Sounded like an injector knock. Maybe only on one cylinder.

-Did this twice out of last 30 or so starts. Right after start up while engine was warm.

-Real touchy fuel pedal.

-Shut down engine and re-started. Both times it was hard to start.

-After turning engine on and off a few times everything was back to normal.

-I have an edge juice with attitude with the hot program installed. Did this on level 4 and stock.

-I will be yanking the juice with attitude off soon and have ordered a smarty jr. See what codes come up then.

-Will also be cleaning the battery posts and checking grounds.

-Water in fuel light never came on, and everything looked great when I took a sample off the fuel filter drain????

-205,000 kms so no warranty anyways.

What do you figure?

Thanks.

I would take the Edge box off {would also put a little dialectrict grease on all the electrical connections before you re- connect them} and see if it still does it.

I would pull the fuel filter out and see what kind of crud has built up in the bottom the of the filter bowl. if there is enough gunk in there the water in fuel light will not come on.

Next I would check the connections to the cam shaft sensor and put some dielectric grease in that also.

On my last fuel filter change I noticed that there was some gunk in the bottom of my filter bowl. When the weather gets warm enough I am going to take the entire filter bowl off and clean it out. I am not worried about contamination into the CP3 as I have a 2 micron filter between the stock filter and the CP3.

I might be way off here, but could it be that wire by the A/C compressor that rubs against the A/C pipe. It's known to affect the 04. 5 to 05 year range. I don't have experience with it but I've heard that when this wire shorts to ground it causes a power dump to part of the engine control module causing about eight or so various codes.
