8 Lug Magazine

OK I got weak and bought an issue of 8 lug magazine (every 3 months is along time to wait to read about diesel). In their article on changing a fuel filter it states "Under load, the exhaust temperature can be as hot as 14,000 degrees Farenheit. " What are our engines made of?:-laf What a joke.

Thats only a cummins. The ferd guys probably think that theirs goes to 18,000 and the chevy i-use-u goes even higher than that. :-laf :-laf :-laf
