'89 W350 Dually

What do you think a '89 W350 dually, Cummins with 225k, standard cab, 4X4, 5 spd. , 8 ft. flat bed with goose neck hitch is worth? Cab is straight but DEFINITELY needs paint. What do you guys think??????
