Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have 3 700' (about 80 minutes total) reels of edited 8mm film that I would like to have transfered to DVD. I had these movies transfered to VHS about 15 years ago but the tapes don't play so well any more.
Has anyone used a transfer company they can recommend? I've found plenty of internet sites that do this, but it's hard to get a feel for quality and service from their advertising.
