93 Pcm Problem

I Am Having Trouble With My 93' Club Cab 5-speed Pcm Board. The Part # Is 5602 9101. Called Dodge And They Do Not Make It Any More. Does Any One Know Where I Can Get One, New Or Used. The Problem Started With The Voltage Regulater Giving Up And It Is Blowing Headlights Left And Right. I Have Already Replaced The Alternater. This Is My First Time Logging On As A New Member. I Have A 93' Club Cab 1-ton With Pod's, Hx-35, Bully Dog Power Pin, Pump Maxed Out, 4 Inch Exhaust To 5 Inch Twin Longhorn Stacks, Nv4500, Con Fe, And Wrapped Up In A Dakota Hauler Custom Flatbed. But I Still Have Quiet A Bit More To Do But I Need To Get The Pcm Fixed. I Will Try To Get Pics And Videos Up By This Next Week.

The PCM is no longer available new, but you can get it from Dodge as a rebuild under P/N R6029101. It should run about $170 plus $40 core charge. If you dealer won't match the above price within reason, go here and buy it:

If the only problem is the regulator, it can be bypassed and an external regulator added like the 70's era-91 or so trucks had. Your local alternator rebuilder should be able to fix you up considerably cheaper than a rebuilt computer.

Is There A Way I Can Test The Pcm Before I Spend The Cash, Because The Voltage Stays Between 13. 3 And 14. 1 Vdc And Then When I Am Driving At Night All The Lights Get Bright For A Split Second And Somethimes It Blows The Headlights Out. I Have Also Heard Of The Crank Senor Can Cause A Problem. I Have A Banks Tack And It Will Only Work After I Hit 2700 +.
