93 Power upgrades?

My brother-in-law and a friend both have 93's with manual trannys and they are asking me what to do for more power. The one wants to stay fairly cheap, while the other wants to get serious. I'd sure appreciate it if a few of you could give me some ideas and names of different products you are using.

As for cheep power I bottomed out my AFC screw; turned in the full load screw 2 turns ; advansed the timing 1/8 inch; all for free. I have a frend that has a 01 cummins and he tells me his truck doesn't come close to pulling as good as mine. If you get over 28 psi boost back out the fuel screw a little unless gauges are installed to moniter every thing namely egts.
