I have a '93 w250 that was in an accident but the powertrain is still excellent. What would be the easiest swap to do to use this powertrain. I don't know if I should sell the truck or try to do a swap.

Have you thought about a gas dodge crew cab truck from the 1970's or 80's? This would be as close to a bolt in swap as you can find. Minor issues such as driveshaft tube length, possibly a part of the A/C system may need to be broke open to get it removed from the wrecked truck as a whole system.
Depending on how bad the damage on the '93 is, you can go as far as to swap out every control and interior piece to the older body, it will mostly be just keeping track of what goes where from the diesel to the gas truck.
If the truck is a 4wd, you could fit it into a 1973 to 1987 chevy truck, 1990 and 1992 if its a crew cab or suburban. Body style is R/V for those years, not the IFS trolls, they have drivers side drop on the transfer case.
If you have time/money to switch out the transfer case for a drivers side drop unit, that opens up a whole new set of trucks to consider. Anything IFS Chevy will do then.
If its a 2wd, how about a 1992 yukon or suburban 2wd model, that would be a nice cruiser with power to spare and still have great MPG capabilities if you don't turn the fuel way up.
