I want to replace my automatic in my '93 with the fresh '94 47RH I have on the shelf. IIRC I will need the bellhousing adapter, starter and TPS from a '94? I have an adapter that a friend gave to me, it seems too shallow though for proper clearance. Could anyone tell me how deep theirs is on a '94 automatic? Also, anyone willing to part with the items I'm in need of, feel free to PM or e-mail me. If anyone has done this conversion already, any information on "snags" I may encounter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Alot. :)

You don't need the TPS. You do need the engine adapter, flex plate, and starter plus a plug for the trans control. You can measure your existing one on the truck and compare to the one you were given to see if they are the same. The second gen adapter is 1. 25" deeper than the 1st gen adapter.
