Good Morining All,

Can someone tell me if the brake and clutch pedal assy from a 94 will fit into a 93?

Are they completely different? can it be swapped with little to no modifications?

Brian

I can tell you that stud on the brake peddle for the power booster is smaller on a 2nd gen vs a 1st gen, but the push rods are the same length, but if you are going that far I would install the 2nd gen hydro booster and master cylinder as well.

I have heard the 2nd gen pedals are longer than 1st gen's are. but I have not had a set of each side by side to confirm it.

All that I can tell you for sure is that the 2nd gen. Heavy Duty Hydraulics from South Bend will work. That is what I have in my '93.

Bob

Agreed. I also have the SBC HD goodies in both of my trucks. Irony is, the HD goodies are actually stock gen 1 Chrysler components. LOL Minus the orientation of the slave, it is no wonder why they fit. LOL

I have heard the 2nd gen pedals are longer than 1st gen's are. but I have not had a set of each side by side to confirm it.

Yes. I have heard the same. Also not sure if the top bushing the rod slides through that the entire pedal pivots on is the right width.

I heard both year ranges use the same size rod and upper bushings.

I'll try to find a set of 2nd gen pedals to look at. I will have a set of 1st gen pedals after this weekend.
