Spoke with Dan Hourigan at Dynojet today and purchased the Diesel Dynamics fuel pump kit. He said he would make any member of the TDR a special deal on the kit.

Refer to http://www.dieseldynamics.com/ for a detailed description and dyno results. These same kits retail for $350 but he said he could do much better. You do not need to talk with him he said he would let his sales people know. Just tell them you read about this on the TDR web site.

Do you know what the shiny disk shape part is for?

I am not sure. I have never had my pump apart before but I am guessing it goes in the afc housing with the spring. That is just a guess though. Sorry i don't know more. Mine should be here next week then I will be able to tell you.

the shinny washer goes in the afc. I just use the washer on the back side and put a new fender washer in the back. The inside washer in the afc is too think and can limit rack travel.
