Yep, I am a bone head! I didn't read the label and poured about 10 oz of Lucas Oil Stabilizer down the tube before I can to my senses and re-read the label that now seemed to be in giant font MANUAL TRANSMISSION USE!!!!

anyway, I plan to drain and flush tomorrow

The label stated: "Since it is pure petroleum, it can safely blend with all other automotive lubricants, even synthetics, ATF and mineral oil. It keeps old engines alive and new engines new. "

Am I freaking correctly or can I let this slide until the next filter/fluid change?

thanks All

The label states it safely blends with ATF?

I'd still call lucas tomorrow and ask. But it looks ok. (I'm not a lucas fan)

I am not a fan of most "Mechanic in a can" products. I too would call them up just to be on the safe side. I would "think" you would be ok though.

Change the oil ASAP, 10 oz in 4 gal ain't much. there was a reason you put it in, in the 1st place. if it fails you can blame it on the lukcas. who knows it mite help.
