all of a sudden my 95 2wd autom. shifts back from lock-up to OD and back to third, trans temp light up on the dash but my temp. gauge on the pillow shows ok temperature. the dash light is even on when I start it in the morning.
I installed the transgo kit myself and it worked fine for 3 month. Just now the temperature problem started and obviously the 95 is not controlled by the typical temperature solenoid like the later ones. does anybody know how the trans temperature is measured on a 95. the backshifting is a normal symptom assuming the temperature was too high (what it definitely isn´t) Here in germany a transmission specialist for american transmissions is hard (or impossible) to find. every hint would be appreciated.

95´standart cab 2wd, lowered, 22´s, 191dv, 370 injectors, 3K gvspring kit, #4, 16cm, 4" free flow, k&N, snow performance stage2, Gear vendor overdrive (to catch the V10 Volkswagons)
