So I’m looking for some suggestions on my performance upgrades for my 95 2wd 3500 work truck. My holy grail dodge has 60 hp injectors, cold air, 4” exhaust and #10 fuel plate. But it’s a 5 speed with no low gear just 1st. Can I do the same thing on my 1 ton? It seems really low geared and the transmission has low,1,2,3 and overdrive for gears. Idk what to do. It’s kind of a turd for power so was hoping I could do something. Truck is completely stock. Anything would help! Thanks

Fuel plate, 3K GSK and an (mandatory) EGT gauge and off you go...

Skip the intake/exhaust mods, waste of money unless you're going to get nutty with power levels.

It is still a 5 speed and if they both have NV4500s they have the same ratios. The term "60 hp injectors" means nothing, and there are about 10 definitions of a holy grail truck. A '95 from the factory with a 5 speed was rated at 175HP and 420 pounds of tq. If your "holy grail" truck is a '98/5 speed it was stock 215/440. Add bigger injectors and/or a fuel plate of course it has more power. So to answer your question, yes you can do the same mods to your '95. Be aware the 4" exhaust gives you zero extra HP, but improved air flow might result in lower EGTs. I saw no difference when my stock exhaust rotted out and I installed the 4".

My 95 has a TST #5 plate, 4 inch exhaust, the combo boost/egr gauge and I swapped from 4.10 to 3.54 rear end. It has lots of power and pulls my 11k fifth wheel with no issues... well, there are some issues, it's only 2wd, louder and not as comfortable as our 2016. Fuel economy wise, I can still get 24 mpg on the highway unloaded.
