I just bought a 95 with the factory electric mirrors and the driver side wiggles back and fourth enough when you go down the highway you can't tell who is behind you . In town driving it's fine the passenger side is fine at all speeds is ther any adjustments on that mirror or some fix or it??Thanks

Well... this is cheap and dirty, but so am I. Mine was loose at the bend joint. I put a hose clamp around it and covered the clamp with electric tape. Did that 5 or 6 years ago and its still good. Problem is if you hit something with it, something is going to break.

If you have a bug shield on the hood, I have heard it can cause mirrors to shake.

mine was loose also, partially remove the inside door panel to acess mirror mounting bolts then you should be able to move the outer cover up on the 3/4'' tube to get to the problem screw/ screws that hold the tension clamp. Hope I'm not confusing you but once you get in there it's really pretty simple.

First determine if it is the mirror glass that is loose or the mirror post where the mirror attaches to the door. I used this thread to fix my loose mirror post on my 97 drivers side mirror:

I used 3/4 inch allen screws (4 each). This fix worked for me for a few years now. When you get the mirror apart you will see why they loosen at the post. It's the cheap pot metal the screws go into. Someday I'll upgrade my mirrors to larger ones for towing.

Here is a fix if the mirror glass is loose:
