Helping out for a buddy of mine.
He has a head leak on outside of block. He states no leaking of anti freeze into motor. No smoke.
He states it leaks only when he goes over 30psi in boost. He is running bigger injectors besides.
Where do you guys think.

They will run a long time like that, the risk is if it erodes the block sealing surface.........Always safer to pull it check with a straightedge replace gasket. If it has significant miles rebuild the head while it is off.

What Bob said ^^ but also have it checked for cracks using magnaflux/mag partical inspection. If it has never been decked (machined to correct flatness) it will most likely need this done. Head gasket is not a difficult job if you're somewhat handy with the wrenches. Use only an OEM Cummins replacement head gasket.
