95 versus 96 pump

what is the major difference in the 95 and 96 pump? what if I install 96 215 hp inj. I have Banks power pak plate. Will my 95 pump handle the 215 inj ok with no other mods? thanks.

I put the 215's in with no problems. It ran great. Slam the Banks plate and AFC housing all the way forward. You'll like it



I now have the 370's with everything full forward. Runs even better

Guys--I had asked this on another post with no response so I'll try here. How do I figure out which pump I have? I have a '96 truck that was built in Aug of '95. Was just wondering If I have the newer pump for '96 + years or if I have the '95..... Thanks,

Mine was made in late 95. If it says a 96 model year on the sticker, regristration, and title, its a 96.

I just put 215's on mine. My milage went UP, performance is much better. It's like a new truck, I should have done this years ago.



The larger injectors will actually make life easier for your pump. It won't be trying to push the same amount of fuel out of a smaller hole.

What cm housing does the 94 come with? Would I have an advantage in swapping to the non-wastegated 16cm?

'94 comes with a 12 cm HX 35 turbo. I put a 14 cm on mine. A 16 requires that the exhaust system be slid forward (3/4"?, 1 1/4"? I don't remember).
