2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 96 Dodge 3500 driving/fog lights??

My truck did not come with fog lights but I see the plugs up under the front bumper for the lights to plug into. What do I have to do to installl fog lights? Are there a plug behind the dash for the switch also? Has anyone done this before? What am I looking at?

On my buddy's 99 he had the plugs there from the factory. I know on my 02 the plug is there up front but I just put the lights in a week or so ago and they don't work. Power all the way but haven't gotten any time to check farther. Not sure if my latter interrior had the seperate switch or not. On yours it's easy enough to pull the dash bezel and see if the swithc wiring is there...

any body know if the 96 was the same, trying to get everything I need before I tear her apart.

I also trid at the Dodge parts store and no help also. I installed a push bar and Auto Zone lights.
