96 PSD? Homemade chip for extra HP

Any one have the schematic for a little flip chip that plugs into the 96 PSD. I dont know much about it but I guess its just a resistor and a few diodes that gives some extra hp? If any one knows what im talking about let me know.





Someone I know said they got it from SWAMP and it was like 60$ but I called them and they didnt know what that was and they never made it.....





Any ideas welcomed. .
