96 Regal fuel filter location ?

We have a 96 Buick Regal 3800 with 129 K. Wife drives it. I've always done my on maint and it's past time to change the fuel filter. Please tell me the location of the fuel filter.

Some GM vehicles have the filter inside the frame under the drivers seat area. bg
