What kind a condition is it in?
If the paint and interior look good and it hasn't been wrecked I'd say $9000 is a pretty good deal. Although I only have 130,000 on mine I wouldn't sell it for less than $18k, but then again, it isn't for sale.
At 222k I'd look at the brakes, clutch slippage, fuel lines, fuel gauge, and track bar if it is a 4X4. See if there are any records of 5th gear work, or any maintenance records at all. Don't forget the standard stuff, color of oil, color of coolant, etc. How does it drive?
