2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 98 12 vlave/ diesel in my oil

i have been getting diesel in my oil and im not sure how. i think its one of two thangs, my injector pump or a lift bump i know there both prone to letting diesel get in your oil. Dose anyone have any ideas befor i go taring in to it?? the truck has 230,000 miles.

Lift pump is much cheaper and with 230k a new one wouldn't hurt.
